These field investigations can usually be conducted within three weeks of request. Subsequent mapping efforts for Water Rights Applications can then be completed in as little as one week to ensure prompt filing.
Water Rights Mapping Services
Stanka Consulting, LTS prepares maps in support of New Appropriations, Change Applications, Proof of Beneficial Use (Agriculture), and Vested Claims which need to be submitted to Nevada Department of Water Resources. Previous maps prepared include a diverse scope of mapping efforts ranging from stockwater maps to maps crossing the entire state of Nevada. The map above was submitted in support of Storage, Municipal, and Wildlife primary and secondary applications.
GIS Mapping
Stanka Consulting, LTD has produced extensive parcel based mapping services. These databases include thousands of individual properties, water right Places of Use, and APN information. These databases are exceptional tools for managing municipal water rights and dedications.
Database Development
Stanka Consulting, LTD has developed water right databases relating to surface water of Claim 3 of the Orr Ditch Decree transferred to the City of Fernley. Developed Access database to track deed information, hyper link copies of all deeds, and provide status of change applications.
